The Homes' ten communities extend from the northern Delaware River watershed to the Atlantic coast.
More than 1,400 senior men and women live in these nurturing and supportive communities. Five
communities provide services ranging from independent living, residential living, assisted living to
skilled nursing care. Five are affordable housing communities developed through the partnerships of
the Homes, United Methodist churches, and congregations of other denominations.
At The Homes' full service communities, you can expect:
- Residential living with optional meals, laundry, housekeeping and transportation services; physician visits by appointment; and speech, occupational and physical therapy.
- Assisted living provides help managing dressing, bathing, medication administration as needed and other daily living tasks. A licensed nurse is present twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
- Health care and rehabilitation consists of a spectrum of professional medical services under the supervision of a licensed director of nursing.
- Residents transfer, as appropriate, from one level of care to another.
